Installation of Business Telephones
Explained below is a synopsis of how we install and maintain business telephones:
Prior to installation
- Consultation and information gathering: Our Project Manager will sit down to discuss your telephone and cabling requirements & specifications. This information will be pre-configured in the telephones at our office and any cabling will be scheduled for implementation.
- Without disrupting service, a pre-installation of the telephone router and cabinet.
- The day before installation, a training session on how to use the new telephones and setup voicemail greetings.
Day of / After installation
- One of our qualified technicians will be on site for additional training and to answer any questions that may arise about the new telephones and make any necessary changes.
Service of Telephones After Installation
- There are always moves, adds and changes throughout the many years of your telephones. Simply give us a call and when a change can not be made by through remote programming, WAHL will send a van to your site and a qualified technician will show up in person and will listen to what issues you may be having and fixes the problem on site.
Installation of Data Cabling & Data Equipment
- Our technicians have over 110 years of experience and have passed and we maintained low voltage certification from the Georgia State Board of Electrical Contractors.
- We install Fiber Optic and copper cabling for computer networks and telephones, cable for warehouse paging horns, data racks, data cabinets, ladder & cable Trays, patch panels and wireless access points.
